Dr. Zhouxiang Fei is a Lecturer in Computer Science at School of Computer Science and the Environment at Liverpool Hope University. My academic role involves academic teaching for both undergraduate and postgraduate students on AI related courses such as Computer Vision. The research aspect of my academic roles focuses on applied AI for industrial decision support systems. This covers a broad range of disciplines ranging from artificial intelligence, machine learning, natural language processing, data analytics through to image and video processing.

Before joining Liverpool Hope University, Dr. Zhouxiang Fei was a postdoctoral research associate in the Department of Electronic and Electrical Engineering at the University of Strathclyde, focusing on the design and application of artificial intelligence techniques to support the real-world condition monitoring of key engineering assets in the nuclear power generation sector.Prior to joining the University of Strathclyde, Dr. Zhouxiang Fei worked as a senior EMC engineer at Expert Services Team at Eurofins York Ltd (previously known as York EMC Services), providing bespoke solutions for many aspects of electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) including Legislation, Measurement, Management and Training.
Dr. Zhouxiang Fei was the recipient of a couple of scholarships during his PhD study, such as the IEEE EMC Society Scholarship and the Innovate U.K. Scholarship.
