I am a composer and saxophonist, originally from Perth, Australia. I hold an MRes in Music Composition from the University of Liverpool, and a BMus (Hons) in Arranging and Composition from the Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts. I joined Liverpool Hope University in 2020, where my teaching focusses on practical aspects of music making such as composing and performing. I am also the Music Team's lead for recruitment.
Alongside teaching, I have an active and varied career as a composer and a performer. Recordings of my music are available on the acclaimed record label, Erased Tapes, and I have presented solo performances of my music across the UK and Europe. I am also the founder of Immix, a new music ensemble that collaborates with artists from across the musical spectrum.
